Also, the annual Northwest Facilities Expo will be held at the Oregon Convention Center April 12 & 13, 2017. There will be educational conference sessions, opportunities to meet exhibitors, and a chance to get information on managing green buildings.
With all that is going on with our Chapter, I am still always amazed at the level of commitment and energy our volunteer group has with our Chapter. As I have stated earlier in my tenure, this is only the beginning of a continued restructuring of our Chapter. Our future is bright and strong thanks to these volunteers!
I have every faith that the new officers slated to run the Chapter next year and represent us in the upcoming May 2017 CRC meeting in Bellevue, Washington will be exemplary and will shine! As members, try not to take these efforts for granted. Let our Board know how they are appreciated by sending them an occasional email, joining one of our meetings, and periodically suggesting ways to improve and strengthen our message.
